Pros
A really relaxed and friendly environment - this is my best work experience so far! There's a real value of teamwork and support provided at every step of your training is beyond parallel. Whether you're an intern or top management, your thoughts are valued and people will hear you out for any process development idea you may have.
Cons
Like any project coordinator/manager role in translation, this is a deadline driven role that is very stressful. You will occasionally work overtime, though management works really hard to fix this and will help you leave on time every day.
