      A true meritocracy and a great place to develop your career. So many opportunities to create your own career path and shine, in a company that is a real industry leader. Exciting, exhilarating and a lot of fun - working here is the very definition of work hard play hard.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
