      every day challenges, opportunities to grow/get promoted, bonus scheme, international environment, colleagues, interesting client portfolio, nice company events, company is well-established, successful and growing rapidly

      Cons

      pretty low salary considering the hard work, pressure, responsibility given, stress and overtimes, work-life balance does not exist and if you take the job too seriously, you might get a burn out quite quickly, fluctuation of employees

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
