      None stay far away. Toxic

      Cons

      Politics upper management doesn't know anything. They lie , talk down to you, curse at you. Treat the employees like garbage. No tuition reimbursement. The bonus is crap zero to none. No perks at all.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
