      Pros

      Interesting work, global presence, fantastic software products for translation/localization. Good health benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of personnel drama, backstabbing, game-playing, finger pointing, internal politics. People are silo'd; collaboration is frowned upon. On the painfully low end of acceptable salaries. Stingy with creature comforts. Have to have a doctor's notice to get an ergonomic keyboard. Old equipment. Stingy work-from-home policy.

      Simple onboarding process, very responsive staff in the EU to support with issues Placement client is good to work with to adjust scheduling for client and student needs.

      Cons

      Time difference sometimes means delays in communication.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
