      Pros

      Calls are repetitive and at times having a script is handy. Once you've been doing it for over a month it gets a lot easier. A lot of opportunities to learn (on the job).

      Cons

      Low Pay. I love my job but the pay just isn't sufficient. The low pay is insulting. Not a lot of time off and no vacation time as an Interpreter. Also, No Sick Time off if you don't live in Arizona.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
