      Extremely competitive environment, people always helping each other to close deals.

      Cons

      Underpaid and overused, keeping the company private has been great for the CEO's because they can do anything they want with the money (take money out randomly for personal use) this leads to exploiting smart employees

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
