      Main benefit is to work in large international company. Software teams are distributed but well organized. Interesting projects for developers.

      Cons

      Slow management, salaries, during covid company lost some key people. Working conditions should be better.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
