      Pros

      Can work remote and the colleagues are really nice.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit low compared to living expense in big city like Madrid, but remote working makes it up a bit.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
