Pros

1. They accept entry-level interpreters. 2. You can work in Asylum calls with USCIS. 3. You get a good variety of calls in banking and healthcare. 4. When you're off the clock, there is no work to be done. 5. Remote

Cons

1. The work is monotonous. Calls become repetitive, especially in banking. 2. Technical issues are rampant 3. They hate to discuss pay or schedule changes/issues. 4. No clear chain of command, other than your supervisor. You can't feel very well advocated by anyone besides yourself because of the nature of the job. 5. No time on the clock to complete admin work or address technical issues. 6. Breaks feel hopelessly short. 7. There is very little chance for promotion and no incentives beyond $1/hr increase in pay for immensely more stressful call loads.

Pros

The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

Cons

The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
