      International private language company -- global offices -- handful of outstanding coworkers in every dept that see the dark realities of how this company runs

      Dishonest management/"leadership" with NO accountability for poor/unprofessional behavior -- (systemic) racism directed tenured (10+ yrs) employees & new-hires -- inconsistent and UNWRITTEN policies -- hypocrisy, favoritism -- bullying

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
