      Very good pay compared to other job on the market. Interpreters are very friendly to you.

      Management is lack of caring of root employees, they are too many rules in the office, people are like machine to them

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
