Pros
Made some very good friends while employed here.
Cons
Employees are treated as completely expendable. Request for a reasonable disability accommodation was met with retaliation in the form of a significantly increased workload. PMs reprimanded for offering linguists any rate at all above the minimum. During my few years I saw massive turnover rates, TPT hires people straight out of college and works them to the point of burnout, then rinse and repeat. TPT-PTSD is a term I've heard more than once from multiple former employees. Breakdowns in the stairwells and bathrooms were very common. Many former employees, myself included, have struggled greatly in new jobs because of how toxic their TPT experience was and how the stress and anxiety linger.
