      Terrible management. No effort to listen to employee feedback and act on it in a useful manner. Awful pay. If they think this is a technology company why don't they pay at the same rates? No opportunities for growth, this job is dead end.

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
