Pros
Good starting point, a chance to speak English every day
Cons
Absolutely terrible place to work at which will damage your mental health. People that are in the management should have never been allowed to work with people, they have absolutely zero empathy and will scream at their emplyees for whatever. There is no support from management or growth opportunities (and I don't consider adding on more work as learning opportunity). The pay is so low that it is sad that such a huge corporation is paying such a low amount for university graduates. Even if there is a pay raise, it is never guaranteed and you never know if you actually receive it. The management style is horrible, employees shouldn't be scared when their manager texts them, and they shouldn't be scared to ask for ANYTHING. Also, it wouldn't actually hurt to say hi or ask the employees how they're doing. Nepotism is also a huge thing in this office and it is basically impossible to get promoted without bootlicking and being friends with the management.
