Pros
Brand recognition within their translations services, their legal services division is still a very small player. The company likes to keep talented employees and will shift them around to other departments to try and find the right fit.
Cons
Management team is not experienced in running larger organizations and the are very disorganized. There are no rules of engagement or protocols in place, i.e., different rules for different offices. Sales reps are required to do accounting tasks like bill and collect from their clients -- commissions are not paid out until the full amount of the bill is collected. Most of their sales reps are on a draw so they'll entice you with a $70,000-$90,000 "base salary" that's actually a draw on higher commission %. Management does not track rudimentary KPIs. Poor use of Salesforce. Essentially, this is a pyramid scheme where "managers" (top reps that get promoted) get a team of reps to "manage" but basically they just get a % of their team's sales. Very few people in a leadership position actually have the experience and qualifications to lead or manage a group of people.
