None, really, I'd give them zero stars if possible.

Far too many overworked and underpaid people, and those youngsters who feel that working 60+hours a week will actually get them anywhere in the translation world are delusional and need to get a life! Stop making life miserable for the rest of us! All one has to do is an internet search of the owners of TP to get an idea of the atmosphere here. Awful, awful place. Avoid at all cost.
