      Teamates are supportive apart from that nothing motivates in office environment to travel daily to office

      Cons

      Poor office culture Should sit in desk always even if you dont have any work TL's are rude Management says flexible timing is the main benefit they provide and again they keep on mailing on log in and log out times even though works going smoothly

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
