      Good People - Good colleagues who support each other

      Cons

      No benefits - You have to beg to have any benefits and when they come they're not that good No raises / Low salary - I worked there for 3 years, no raises despite being promoted, there's no annual review so no update to your salary ever

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
