Friendly officemates who have the same sentiments.

Cons

Managers don't know what they are doing. POLITICS!! No trainings, no annual bonus, no yearly appraisal No Structure, no process, everyone has their own process, other department have no concern over the other teams. Managers always blame their own people and doesn't take accountability. No Mission Vision and Core Values
