Joke of a company - Customer Support Level 4 Transcom WorldWide Employee Review

Terminated me while in the hospital for not being able to perform the call-out procedure; counted me as No-Call-No-Show and job abonnement after 3 days. No raise in over 3 years, even though profits are soaring from the earnings statements of Transcom. Disabled my account until a phone call was held with HR based on an email I sent to several distribution lists about my distaste of how the employees were treated after said earnings. You'd be better off working in North Korea than from home for this company.
