No company matched contributions. does not pay out for PTO accumulated if terminated. forcefully added responsibilities w/o pay increases for new skills or additional responsibilities. dead-end job Customer surveys based on emotion are used to decide employee retention AND team leads use same emotionally charged surveys to build coachings around. this company and its reps want you to be able to convince customers a denied refund is in their best interests resulting in afore mentiond negative survey; where if you get many of these calls you will be fired despite having done your job correctly and context isnt even a factor in these situations. Every single team lead has their own interpretation of company policies. This company will force you to fight for your job every day when situational context is flat-out ignored.
