Pros

Nice company to work with without a specific skill requirement. You get to work from home with all the equipment provided. You will be trained to handle all the different types of calls. You get Pay-for-Performance, be the best in what you do and you'll get rewarded extra $100-$400 a month for your performance & attendance (based on metrics).

Cons

Your job is to take calls, all day. That makes it 20-60 calls in a day. Planned leaves might be not available sometimes because the company thinks too many people want off on the same day, even if you apply a month before. Team leaders and other supervisors/leadership can just choose to peek/stalk on to your screen while you're working and you'd never know/not notice it. Doesn't have a yearly increment, even if you're one of the best performers. Shifts are a menace, sometimes you're required to work on your days off, sometimes you're required to start early/late with no notice (They just post it on a page, and we are asked to check it).

Pros

lunch breaks, working from home that's about it

Cons

management, nepotism, you'll observe that alot of the tenured people at the company get away with taking virtually no calls what so ever. overall a just a depressing company to work for. If you are worth your weight in skills, seek a reputable company to put your talents in, but if you need a job to get by you could
