Pros

Gaining some experience in customer service field. Good multinational environment. It worth apply for if you don't have any experience with multinational companies or you are new in Hungary, but I suggest keep applying for a better position in another company.

Cons

low salary which is enough for surviving but don't hope be rich with this job. any feedback about you process, Transcom's Team Leaders don´t help so much to the employers, so they are always struggling with customers by their own.
