The worst company. They don’t take care of their employees. They conduct surveys to ‘take opinions into account,’ but it’s just a waste of time. The environment is extremely toxic. People go to the office just to be involved in other people’s business. It’s very unprofessional. You have to be a bootlicker in order to grow professionally, and there isn’t much room for growth anyway.
The rotating schedules don’t allow for a good work-life balance because shifts are changed with very little notice. If you want to request vacation days, you need to ask months and months in advance, and even then, if they don’t want to approve them, they won’t.
The ‘managers’ have no interest in listening to you, and when they are needed, they are never available. Customers ask to speak with a supervisor, but they refuse to take the calls, and then they complain that performance is bad.
Honestly, a very bad company. They don’t care about either their customers or their employees.
