Pros

Incredibly flexible work hours (8-6-4 hours contracts available), mostly young, energetic colleagues, mostly good team players, great starting experience all together, perfect for a part-time job if you're doing school.

Cons

Some people getting into leading positions who shouldn't as they exploit it, not as well paying as other companies, could have way better technical background to provide flawless support.

Working from home and not having to sit in Atlanta traffic

Cons

This place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is nothing more than a bunch of hens who are always arguing with each other and have more drama than a soap opera. The company does not care about their employees, they put in a front but all they care about is billable hours to Apple.
