Pros

Pay on time Work from home Training was fun because of great co-students

Cons

Where do I start? Toxic workplace environment They spy on you Ineffective training Rude trainers and TLs 40% less salary than what you'd get if hired by their clients (not sure if that would be a better deal though) Goal is to be quick, to the expense of quality ... You'll be treated like a subhuman number and you'll be crunched. Don't waste your life dealing with this awful company. Unless you're an attorney for class action lawsuits - which could earn you some really good money! I would not recommend this to my worst enemy - for sure not to a friend.

Pros

Working from home and not having to sit in Atlanta traffic

Cons

This place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is nothing more than a bunch of hens who are always arguing with each other and have more drama than a soap opera. The company does not care about their employees, they put in a front but all they care about is billable hours to Apple.
