We regret to hear how you felt during training and that you are no longer with our company. We provide comprehensive training that utilizes a variety of mediums to prepare our agents. We do operate in a fast-paced environment, which is why 100% attendance is required during training and nesting to ensure our new employees do not miss valuable information during this time. We always recommend any employee who has concerns to speak to their direct manager or HR. We would like to invite you to email us with more details about your concerns at: WAH@Transcom.com
