Pros

A lot of room for movement and fast at home work pretty good pay for an at home job at least from my experience don't have to do sales or anything like that Nice monthly bonuses

Cons

The software breaks a lot The metrics can be a little hard to upkeep, but not impossible like some people seem to think It's a lot of luck, bad customers, a bad team lead, a bad trainer could all ruin it for you from what I hear
