Pros

Nice people to work with. Genuienly friendly atmosphere. Good trainings, where you can learn a lot. Nice balance with personal life.

Cons

Low salary. The computers are old and sometimes broken, and often not cleaned at all. The management doesn't share vital information with the employees, or they outright lie to them.The "benefits" are actually substracted from you salary. Also there is little to no opportunity to go froward with your career.
