Pros
The ability to work from home during a pandemic is truly a blessing. They really do listen and try to cater to the employees as much as possible. I got promoted after 3 months of being hired (probably to take care of increased demand for Christmas but it was a pay raise). Ongoing training. I was able to choose from 2 different schedules traditional 8 hour and split shift. I thought it was great to have a split shift because I am able to take care of my kiddo between shifts which is really important to me.
Cons
Customer service is often a thankless line of work. You are expected to remain composed all while being verbally abused by customers. If customers don't like the information that you have to give them it can affect your "scores" negatively. You have to reach a certain percentage of happy customers to get any other promotions...
