Pros

The home office is available but only while the pandemic period. A fruit day once a week. Company events. Nice atmosphere. Easily accessible office.

Cons

Salaries are low. Poor training. They are unable to keep employees for longer periods. Many people leave to other companies. The breaks are very short. A lot of problems with systems and workflows. The customers are often nervous because the company is unable to meet deadlines. Very incompetent, careless management!!

While we have permanent remote opportunities in locations around the world, including the Unites States and Canada, a large majority of our global workforce continues to work virtually due to the pandemic. We are also examining opportunities to expand global work-from-home opportunities.

management, nepotism, you'll observe that alot of the tenured people at the company get away with taking virtually no calls what so ever. overall a just a depressing company to work for.
