      They are pro-clients so even if there are problems with the client's tools, they will still consider it as human error and blame the employee.

      This place is a dumpster fire. The leadership is nothing more than a bunch of hens who are always arguing with each other and have more drama than a soap opera. The company does not care about their employees, they put in a front but all they care about is billable hours to Apple.
