Pros

*The job had pretty good benefits *Was able to take time off when needed *Seemed to have decent support in place *Performance bonuses and an initial bonus when you got hired.(received after 90 days)

Cons

*Company did not pay for lunch breaks which added an additional 30 minutes to what should have been a regular 8 hour shift. *Shift changes happened, if I'm correct, every 3 months which meant you could potentially lose the original shift you asked for(all depended on your performance). *Received paid time off based on work hours rather than work anniversaries. It was difficult to manage how much time you had off and I honestly don't know to this day if the paid time off I had accumulated was correct. The benefits of not having to wait till your anniversary, which was at peak time, was good but still I prefer to get it all in one lump sum. *Outside of normal breaks and lunch you only got 5 minutes a day and even with that they were starting to get very strict on using it saying that we should not have to use it everyday and at most should only be using 2 minutes on average. They started to threaten disciplinary actions. I certainly understand some can abuse the system but for those of us who actually needed it, this felt overboard. *Daily breaks and lunch schedule was not consistent. Normally, it should be every 2 hours but with this job you could end up having to wait longer to take breaks. *Got forced into higher positions rather than being given the option to apply for it...I know that sounds nice but I didn't feel ready for the responsibility despite the increase in pay this brought and honestly I felt this had the biggest impact on my performance. They also made it seem like we could not, decline and I found out later that we in fact could and I actually regret not doing so. *There was no leniency for end of service. For breaks and lunches you could take them 5 minutes early. You could clock in 5 minutes early but you could not clock out 5 minutes to quitting time and depending on the call you get this could mean you working over time an additional 30min-1hour maybe even more. This, in my opinion, just wasn't right. *Though I was working for Transcom they were contracted by a big tech company which I can't use in my resume because technically you work for Transcom. Also, later I found the company was paying more at the entry level position than I was making at a senior level which I just could not believe. Granted, it was regional but there is no way entry level should be making more than a senior level employee, period.

Pros

lunch breaks, working from home that's about it

Cons

management, nepotism, you'll observe that alot of the tenured people at the company get away with taking virtually no calls what so ever. overall a just a depressing company to work for. If you are worth your weight in skills, seek a reputable company to put your talents in, but if you need a job to get by you could
