Absolutely INSANE requirements to be in your seat for every single minute of your shift and taking endless non-stop calls. Micromanaging if you don't follow every dang rule. Self-guided training is not the way to learn things. Zero work-life balance. QUARTERLY shift bids... no choice. As some one else said, you HAD to take the promotions or you would be FIRED! Attendance policy is draconian. You get written up every time for absences from 2 years prior! Heaven forbid you should get seriously ill, or have ADA requirements. Every team lead change you have to advise them of the ADA requirements every. single. time. Oh and trying to use the 'unlimited' PTO? Forget it. Another disadvantage... trying to get UE when you leave. The health insurance was garbage and over 300.00 month for 1 person. The stress of this job was not worth my life.
