Pros

I get to be a people leader. I have a great team of colleagues.

Cons

We have a quality department responsible for listening/auditing calls for quality- yet the supervisors are still required to also do a tremendous amount of quality evaluations each month. On top of these quality Evans we also have to provide floor support, handle escalated calls, monitor and coach for attendance/adherence issues, keep up to date on our agents other KPIs and stats. If we did not have to do the job of a supervisor AND the quality department, getting these other various tasks completed would be no problem.
