      I got to work remote from home and they provided a Mac for work

      Cons

      Incredibly poor rates, you start at $17 taking calls for one of the biggest leading tech companies, they are very strict on how you manage calls of course and give so many guidelines to follow, training you every few months to take more and more calls with a few cents raise IF ANY.
