Pros

Transcom is very flexible regarding special wishes, shift changes and days off if needed.

Cons

The training class in the beginning was pretty basic and I didn't feel well prepared for handling customer inquiries on the phone. After the training we had very little floor support. During the training it was also promised that we get a bonus on top of the salary (minimum wage) after the probation. This has never happened. Since I started working for Transcom I have never received any personal feedback about my quality in the calls. The only feedback talks are about minor things (handling time, sales, etc.).
