Pros

Remote work - from whichever office or location you want, as long as you agree with your manager. Great coworkers. Hybrid client mix, autonomy to shape ops to a certain level.

Cons

Too many hats, not enough heads. Legacy processes and systems that don’t have much sense. Margins rule the decisions, so you might not have all the resources you need.
