Pros

No prior experience required Meals Voucher Medical insurance Can reach a decent salary if you hit all you KPI's and get full bonus

Cons

Very low salary if you don't hit your targets and get your full bonus Only 18 days/year Paid Time Off Hard to get PTO approved especially in summer Can be overwhelming due to challenging KPI's that increase periodically Doesn't tolerate sick leave and will cause you to lose all your bonuses
