Pros
If you have a good manager, this can be the best place in the world. Laid back culture, flexible hours, easy expectations. Supportive coworkers and fun projects.
Cons
If you have a bad manager, it’s hell. The culture and expectations are entirely based on your team or manager, nothing is universal. There’s such an unbelievable discomfort with change, I’ve never seen anything like it.
