      Pros

      There are people here who really care. If you have a family, the benefits are solid. If you want to invest in a retirement account with great returns, also a great spot.

      Cons

      The pay is not great. A mandatory 7% withdrawal into your retirement account is for all full-time employees, and even though it would save the county money, it's mandatory for everyone across the board.
