      You get paid. Free cookies & waffles when they have them. Friendships.

      Cons

      Management don't listen to you, let alone anyone beneath you. They get bonus' while we do all the work and extra hours and don't. Crappy raises, hourly employees make more than us with their hours. Culture is very down here even tho they want to focus on it.. they are not doing anything about why its so bad.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
