Pros

I have been working with Trego-Dugan for almost 3 years and being a part time, I get 40 plus hours, the pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Cons

Since I am consider part time, I get way too many hours and I want to work only 18-20 hours per week.

Pros

Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

Cons

Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
