- They do not care about what shifts you tell them you are able to work, they will schedule you however they want. - I had told them i couldn't work middle shift, then they scheduled me on middle shift, and were mad when i couldn't show up - Management is incompetent at best, and downright malevolent at worst - If they don't like you, they will stop putting you on the schedule without telling you, hoping that you quit (to avoid paying unemployment) - You will never have time to use your flight benefits, even if you are part-time
