      Home grown company with big aspirations. Great pay and a senior management team that cares about its employees.

      Due to the nature of our partners that work on strict flight schedules, work hour flexibility can be frustrating but is the nature of the job.

      Pros

      Ramp experience, if you want to transfers to a better company.

      Cons

      Very little, to no training. Leadership extremely disorganized. Management is virtually nonexistent. Lack of communication from manager on personal emergencies, or schedule adjustments. Poor planning, on a daily basis. All leading to high turnover/ or overworked staff.
