Health insurance has been substantially downgraded to a deductible scheme with gatekeeper requirements in place that make it quite expensive to actually use. All employees have had vacation time and personal time cut substantially. Earned Christmas bonuses have been discontinued. Hours have been reduced for over a year. Monthly bonuses were cut. Annual raises were reduced to 1-3% Max. These annual raises have not been given since the Trelleborg takeover. Handbook outlines code of conduct that department managers are not held accountable to. Trelleborg Monson is bleeding hourly staff and still manages to give reduced work weeks consistently which makes continued service a detriment to anyone living on a budget.
