      Only a great place to work if you love politics

      Pros

      They are a small business unit that is part of a massive international organization. There are a few good people there, though they are not as good as they were when they started.

      Cons

      There is a terribly political climate there that either corrupts or chases off good people. The Managing Director is a wicked person with a great smile and charming personality. He encourages internal competition and will cast you aside on a whim.

      Salary and Family insurance. Only Pros for working here.

      Cons

      - No long term vision or long term plan in place - Company in panic mode & market reactionary mode all the time, everytime - Mediocre Executive Management, where only how many years with company matter (not merit or accomplishments), - Butter the boss and survive (Management does not want your expertise & professional opinion)

      There are none. Run in the other direction.

      Cons

      Laws and rules don't seem to apply to Trelleborg. My manager encouraged lying, propelling school boy behavior and borderline breaking the law.
