      Nice place to leave!

      Pros

      Good food and travel. In the 20+ years I worked there, I got to spend a lot of time on the road, meet some great people, and eat out a lot!

      Cons

      After 20+ years, I got transferred and laid off for no reason and 20 years of good reviews made no difference. The yearly performance reviews and time spent on project tracking were a waste of time, along with the time spent on pricing programs.

      Pros

      Great work environment, competitive salary, good benefits. I have learned a lot with my time so far. I think It is great experience and a good place to work for.

      Cons

      I think the the structure is some what flat, after a few years I will be ready to move up or to another department and I am not sure that it will be easy unless I go to a different annex of the company.
