      Pros

      1. Salary 2. Tech 3. Coworkers 4. Location 5. Advancement Overall, the company is great, very fair and balanced. I do not feel over worked and good pay. Note, pay is actually higher.

      Cons

      1. Occasional mismanagement 2. Time wasting in unimportant projects Nothing to bad to say, just that there are times when you feel like you are working on projects where you feel that your time is better used elsewhere.

      Pros

      Generous benefits and paid holiday schedule. Nothing else about this company would be considered a pro. But there's a 20 word minimum for this field.

      Cons

      Absolutely everything else. No training program. No guidance or expectations communicated. No performance reviews or mentorship. No communication if you're doing your job well or correctly. Communication that you're not meeting expectations comes in the form of being relieved of employment with no notice or reason given. If you're not in the inner circle of the good ol'boy network, you're doomed before you even start.
